Individual Registration
Individual registration of environmental health professionals currently takes place under three separate cadres – environmental health officers, environmental health technicians and environmental health assistants.
Individual applications for registration with the Council is made in appropriate form designed for each cadre and attached with relevant certified true copies of the applicants credentials and submitted with evidence of payment of the applicable registration fees and on the receipt of the application, the Council considers the application and conveys her decision within 90 days from the date of receipt of such application.

The current registration fees for individual applicant is shown below but are subject to periodic reviews.
In line with the re-branding mission embarked upon by the Council, regular updating and reform initiatives are being introduced with a view to improving the standards and enhancing the quality of Regulatory Services rendered to our esteemed clients namely Individual and Corporate Environmental Health Practitioners, Tertiary Educational Institutions, Environmental Health Practice Sites, Environmental Health Consulting Firms, Employers of Environmental Health Manpower, other relevant Institutions and the general public.
In view of the foregoing, the reviewed Services Fees are indicated below:

NOTE:
Certification Examination, Certification Training, Registration and Induction are all One-Off Events; Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD), Practice Licence/Permit, Acquisition of Practice Seal and Uniform Materials as well as Professional Programme Approval are recurring Events as per extant Guides. Furthermore, Certification Examination Fee covers for School-Based Examination, Registration and Induction.
